What happens if a monthly payment fails?
We try again. If it fails 3 times in a row, the monthly gift stops by itself, and your account shows that it stopped and why.
What if the NGO is no longer verified?
Your gift pauses by itself and no money is taken until the NGO is verified again. Your account shows that it is paused and why.
Can I change the amount?
Stop the current gift and start a new one with the amount you want. Your bank approves one fixed amount, so a new amount needs a new approval.
Is each month's gift receipted?
Want to save tax? Add your PAN and full address and you get an 80G certificate. Without them your gift still reaches the NGO.
